Service stations choose
security fog protection because it works
Service stations are often easily accessible out-of-the-way
buildings. That is why the world's largest petrol companies have
installed security fog protection systems to prevent theft of
cigarettes, liquor and cash. Because they work and because they
save the company money.
On the right, you can download a case and press material about

Esso, in Norway, has experienced very
limited losses after one year with security fog protection in 40 of
the petrol company's Tiger shops.
"It works. In the past year, we have only had two
burglaries, resulting in only minor damage to a door. The burglars
only managed to run off with one pack of
tobacco."
Janne Eriksen, OSH Manager, Tiger A/S (Esso's shops in
Norway)

Leo von Aussee Grieshofer, from an Aral petrol station in
Austria, says:
"For me, it's also about the safety of my employees and
avoiding vandalism. The fog makes it impossible for burglars to run
amok in the shop. Vandalism is only partly covered by the
concessionaire's insurance."

The ERG petrol company in Italy is also enthusiastic about the
idea of reducing insurance costs if an incident should occur. ERG
says:
"The fact that the fog doesn't leave behind any residue
and is harmless was a deciding factor when we chose PROTECT
security fog protection."
